Our returns approach
If you are not happy with your product, or it is not what you expected, please email hello@alchemystory.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We will ask you to return the product. Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will arrange your refund.
Handmade replacements
We will offer a replacement where possible. Because our products are handmade and often made to order, an identical replacement may not always be immediately available. We will discuss the available options with you.
Return postage
Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
